William Lennon | CEO & Founder


Responsible for U.S. and Global BPO Clients Sales and Strategy including creating and implementing Vision 2021 Strategy  for revenue growth. Ongoing responsibilities also include designing and implementing business development, and client acquisition in North America for BPO Clients. 

Bill serves as the CEO of GroupBDO LLC. Bill is responsible for the company’s strategic development, marketing, and vision. He has more than 25 years of experience in the receivable management industry. Prior to his starting GroupBDO, Bill was the Director of Revenue Management for Central Freight Lines, Inc., a publicly traded trucking company. Bill also previously held the position of Sr. Director of Business Development for 9ci, Inc. and Director of Business Development for Aceva Technologies. In 1996 he founded, DunnWorth Credit Corporation, a Receivable Management BPO that was sold in February 2002 to Investment Business Strategies, Inc. (First Financial Asset Management FFAM-www.1fam.com)

Responsible for U.S. and Global BPO Clients Client aquistion and management. Ken has strong capabilities in Sustainable Sales Performance Improvement, Sales Strategies and Execution, Sales Action Plans, Sales Recruiting, Compensation Plans, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Outsourced Sales Leadership, Sales Forecasting, Virtual VP of Sales, Sales Management, Sales Action Plan, Sales Consulting, and Sales Training.

Ken's  vast experience in BPO sales includes IDC Technologies, Inc. as EVP BPO & RPO Client Aquisition and with World Wide Connect as Senior Advisor to the CEO.

Arun Jain | EVP Business Development Solutions


Responsible for implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability of offshore based clients in the BPO/ITO industry. Arun has deep knowledge of the U.S., Indian, and Philippines markets and extensive work experience in the U.S., India and Philippines.


Arun has served with Sykes Enterprises as Senior VP & GM, Data Management Services and with SourceHOV as President – India Operations. He had led global teams in Sales, Client Services, Operations and Technology.

Tom Rocca | EVP Customer Experiance


Tom will focus on enterprise B2B and consumer-strategy while overseeing its tactical execution. His key areas of strategic focus include developing  forward-looking plans that supports the organization’s commercial and brand objectives, while providing executive-level customer insight. Tactically, Tom develops crisis management solutions, define/optimize key customer segments, perform/leverage insights, and drive profitable growth, at an executive level. Tom keeps a continue focus on brand image and enhancement.

Tom as served with Assurant Solutions as Vice-President with responsibilities including Consumer Acquisition and Muti-Channel Product Support. 

Kunal Chandra | EVP Client Acquisition APAC


Responsible for Asia-Pacific BPO/Call Center/ITO Client Acquisition. Will focus on client development and consult throughout the sales process. Kunal has vast knowledge of the Indian Market and has 14 years of experience in the BPO Industry and has catered to U.S.clients in both outbound/Inbound sales.

Kunal has served with  Aditya Birla Minacs (Minancs) a leading Indian BPO firm and is currently also with Avivya Business Solutions, a start up Indian BPO as its Director.
