William Lennon | CSO & Founder
Responsible for U.S. and Global BPO Clients Sales and Strategy including creating and implementing Vision 2026 Strategy for revenue growth. Ongoing responsibilities also include designing and implementing business development, and client acquisition in North America for BPO Clients.
Bill serves as the CSO of GroupBDO and is responsible for the company’s strategic development, marketing, and vision. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Outsourcing and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. Prior to his starting GroupBDO, Bill was the Director of Revenue Management for Central Freight Lines, Inc., a publicly traded trucking company based in Waco, Texas. Bill previously held the position of Sr. Director of Business Development for 9ci, Inc. and Director of Business Development for Aceva Technologies. In 1996 he founded, DunnWorth Credit Corporation, a receivable management company with global logistics giants FedEx, UPS, Lufthansa Cargo and Air China as clients.
