GroupBDO CSO William Lennon and the executive team of a global Indian BPO company had the extreme pleasure to visit The Trinidad &Tobago IFC Headquarters in Port of Spain, Trinidad this week to secure final measures to move forward with a plan to establish Port of Spain and Trinidad & Tobago has it's nearshore BPO/FAO hub.

$1.3B iQor opened its newest Contact Center in Trinidad and Tobago in September of 2015. The site is located in Trinidad's Tamana InTech Park, a new 1,100 acre development. iQor is located in the ICT sector, sharing buildings with some of the largest technology innovators in the world. It has acquired space for over 300 agents, and has rights to expand to more than 750 seats which it has taken up in 2017.
